Arry’s Roofing is excited to again be participating in this annual event, along with many other outstanding local exhibitors. The show takes place Friday through Sunday, January 29-31, at Tropicana Field in downtown St. Petersburg. Doors open at 10AM each day. Parking and admission are free.

This spring, Arry’s Roofing continues its exciting partnership with No Roof Left Behind in Pinellas County! We are now accepting nominations for our next free roof giveaway to take place in May. This will be the first of two No Roof Left Behind installations completed by Arry’s Roofing in 2016.

Could 2016 Be Your Lucky Year?

Do you or someone you know desperately need a new roof but just can’t afford it? Send us a nomination now through March 13. We’re looking for deserving homeowners who simply need a helping hand with a major expense. You will need to have some basic information about the home and nominee, along with a photo of the current roof. The nominee must be the owner of a home located in Pinellas County, FL, and must be current on mortgage payments.

Beginning on March 14, all nominations will be reviewed to determine which are the most compelling. Four finalists will be announced on April 1, and voting for the final winner will be opened up to the public. To cast a vote, simply visit the No Roof Left Behind page for Arry’s Roofing.

The winner of the most votes will be announced on May 2, with the Installation Celebration taking place the morning of May 14. As in past years, this will be a family-friendly event that’s fun for Arry’s employees, friends and neighbors alike. See a video of the Fall 2015 Installation Celebration!

On May 9, Arry’s Roofing added another member to our No Roof Left Behind family!

On April 24, we announced that Joe Liles of Clearwater had been voted the winner in our latest No Roof Left Behind giveaway. The contest began on January 1, when the nomination process was opened to local residents of Pinellas County in need of a new roof. Individuals could nominate themselves or a deserving friend or family member. A volunteer committee narrowed the entries down to four finalists, and members of the community voted on the winner. Voting took place March 28 through April 19.

Joe Liles is an Army veteran who was nominated by his niece. The nomination says a lot about his story:

“My uncle works full time and is a single male. He has served his country and never has asked for anything ever to be given to him! He deserves a break. Let’s show Americans what the American dream is all about and that is if you serve others and work hard good things will come your way! Let’s for once help someone who helps himself. Lastly, you will not hear him complain! Priceless!”

Although Joe didn’t complain, he was dangerously close to losing his home due to a deteriorating roof.  that would cost around $15,000. He expected to live in his truck once he lost the house. Fortunately, concerned family members, friends and complete strangers came to Joe’s aid, voting him the winner of a free roof replacement completed by the Arry’s team.

At the Installation Celebration, the sound of hammering, nailing and laughter filled the air. Arry’s Roofing was joined by local businesses WDUV, Sonny’s BBQ, Boyle’s Aluminum and Screening, Angels Inflatables and Mmmm Delicious to make the family-friendly street party happen. When it was all over, Joe Liles’ home looked like a new home.

“There are not enough words to explain the gratitude Joe and our whole family feels for him receiving his new roof,” said Joe’s sister, Jennifer Clemons of Clearwater. “The celebration and install was wonderful.”

Arry’s Roofing serves as the certified contractor for No Roof Left Behind in Pinellas County. This is the fourth No Roof Left Behind installation completed by the company.

Jayson Hansel, one of the expert sales representatives for Arry’s Roofing, specializes in insurance claim loss/mitigation involving roof replacements. For our customers, proper mitigation can reduce the seriousness of storm and hail damage, decrease insurance costs and increase the resale value of their home. Jayson educates customers about specific roofing features and techniques that are considered adequate mitigation by the state of Florida. Gregorio Carranco is a relatively new face on the Arry’s Roofing team, and he’s getting ready to celebrate his first anniversary with the company. Gregorio works as a Project Supervisor, where his job responsibilities include overseeing the safety of the people that he works with and the quality of work.

Gregorio is originally from Nuevo Laredo in the Mexican state of Tamaulipas. He believes his greatest strengths are his ability to communicate with people and his commitment to make customers happy. He feels Arry’s is a unique Tampa roofing company because it’s “a company that makes you feel like family and grow as a person.” Gregorio is most proud of the work achievements he has made in just a short time, and the appreciation he receives from the people he works with.

Gregorio’s hobbies include “making money” and cheering for the Chivas USA and Chivas Rayadas soccer teams. He loves dining out at buffets, and his favorite TV show is The Big Bang Theory. Gregorio has been married for 11 years. If he could go anywhere for a day, he would visit his wife and enjoy “lots of love.”

Over the long term, Gregorio’s goals include becoming a salesperson and owning his own company. If he could give others one piece of advice about life, it would be this: “Appreciate life and what you have, grow as a person and never, ever forget to laugh.”
