Thanks to the exceptional team of roofers at Arry’s Roofing, homeowners all over Tampa Bay have been sharing feedback about our work on the ultimate review site, Angie’s List. We’re grateful for the comments from satisfied customers who sometimes post a review long after the work is finished. This week, we’ll devote some space to a handful of the Angie’s List reviews that caught our attention.
On February 22, 2014, Rick Lyon of Odessa shared his rating about roofing replacement work we did back in 2012. It must have made a lasting impression because Rick gave us an “A” overall, including top marks for Professionalism, Quality, and Responsiveness. Our roof repair work on two leaking valleys on a Clearwater home earned us Straight A’s from Dennis McManus in February, more than a year and a half after we finished that job. Replacing a 62-year-old concrete tile roof in Clearwater also earned us Straight A’s in February from Bradley Bohnsack, more than a year after the work was completed.
Some people are quicker to share a review, and Susan Reese is one of them. The Tarpon Springs homeowner said she would hire Arry’s Roofing again after we “tacked up a sagging soffit” on January 10, the same day she posted her review. Less than a month after we replaced a flat roof on a patio for Wanda Crabb, the Tarpon Springs homeowner gave up top scores across the board and said she would hire us again.
Not all Arry’s Roofing customers live in Tampa Bay year round as anyone reading our reviews on Angie’s List will notice. For example, Glenn Sanders review shows a Colorado address and he mentions the work we did locally here on his cottage. As part of his comments, he writes, “The pitch of the roof is steep and it was hard to find someone to do it. But Arry’s did it and they did a good job. They were very prompt and very professional.”
