Arry’s Roofing Employee Spotlight: Sandi Drobish

administrative assistant, Arry's Roofing, Tarpon Springs, FLSandi Drobish is another new face on the Arry’s team, and has been with the company about one year. As an administrative assistant, her job responsibilities include answering phones, setting up new jobs, handling permitting, ordering supplies, processing mail and assisting wherever needed. Sandi describes herself as “very organized and detail-oriented,” and we put her skills to good use here at Arry’s!

Sandi believes Arry’s Roofing is set apart from other Dunedin, FL, roofing contractors by the company’s concern for both its business and its people. “[The owners] treat you like family and really listen to you when you have concerns, issues or suggestions,” says Sandi. “They are a family-run business and they are very hands-on in the success of not just the company, but the success of their employees. It’s a great working environment.”

Sandi and her husband, David, have been married eight years. They own an auto repair shop that he runs in Tarpon Springs. Their daughter, Tia, is heading into her final year at Cooley Law School in Brandon. Sandi is most proud of her daughter. “She just amazes me. She is a true survivor, very driven, independent and I am blessed to be her mother.”

The family also has nine cats: six that live at home and three at their shop.

In their spare time, Sandi and David love to spend time on their boat, going on cruises and enjoying time with friends and family. If she could go anywhere for a day, Sandi says she would love to go to Italy with her husband to drink wine and eat amazing Italian food with the locals.

Because she is originally from Syracuse, Sandi’s favorite sports teams are the Syracuse Orange (college basketball) and the New York Yankees. Her favorite places to dine out are The Capital Grille or Gratzzi’s. On TV, she never misses The Voice and The Blacklist.

In the future, she would love to “travel from state to state with my husband, even if just for a couple months.” If she could give others one piece of advice about life, it would be this: “Family is very important. Spend time with them often and create memories that will last a lifetime.”

Thanks, Sandi, for being an important part of the Arry’s Roofing family!
